Zimmerman regularly conducts one-day informational workshops that provide CFOs and other Revenue Cycle Leaders with an overview of the research we have conducted on revenue cycle best practices.  The information presented in the workshop plays an integral part in allowing the attendee to formulate a strategy to maximize net revenue yield and to simultaneously increase patient satisfaction.  Attendance is by invitation only and is exclusive to hospital CFOs and Revenue Cycle Leaders.

Topic 1: Winning at The Game of Patient Pay & Consumer Driven Healthcare
Utilizing the research contained in Zimmerman’s Patient Payment Blueprint™, this session will be an intensive overview designed to illuminate the best practice solutions specific to the self-pay revenue cycle that leading hospitals across the country are employing.  This session will be “hands-on” and will include the following:
