Associate
This entry-level job allows associates to apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence. They create recommendations and work directly with senior leaders on client engagements. Associates develop foundational knowledge across all parts of the revenue cycle. Associates report directly to Managers.
Consultant
Consultants work as part of a consulting team with peers and senior staff. Consultants must produce quality work, meet client goals and objectives and develop solutions to client problems in a timely manner. Consultants must be able to draw sound conclusions based on data analysis and communicate effectively in person and in writing. Consultants have direct client relationship responsibilities and provide leadership within the consulting team.
Senior Consultant
Senior Consultants run the hospital engagements and are the center of the team. By working closely with clients, they maximize the impact of our work and lead the client through the change process. They also follow up on an ongoing basis to ensure sustained impact. Senior Consultants act as thought leaders and are sought out by colleagues and clients for this expertise.
Manager
Managers are in charge of the day-to-day management of Zimmerman & Associates’ consultants and clients. Responsibilities include high-level analysis and strategy development, managing the scope and timelines of consulting projects, contributing to future product development and contributing to marketing and sales strategy.
Senior Manager
Senior Managers work on multiple engagements and provide high-level strategy and guidance to managers and associates. The ideal candidate will have strong financial, marketing and entrepreneurial skills and will possess distinctive knowledge they can use to serve high-performing industry leaders. Senior Managers inspire their colleagues and team members to achieve great things and actively mentor the next generation of consultants.
